Turpentine Subsitutes

Turpentine substitutes like citrus turps or odourless turps have not been in use long enough to have a large body of literature independent from the manufacturers yet and as such should be used with caution. Gum turps smells better than mineral turps yet is more toxic, obviously the odour can be misleading with health and other paint quality issues.
