Filters

Filters were once exclusively used over the camera lens to change contrast, colors, darken sky’s and other special effects. Their high cost meant many photographers kept only a few favourites. Photoshop has changed all that. Photo shop has a wide range of filters built in that alter the photograph creatively not just in the ways of traditional filters, but with new ‘filters’ only available on the computer due to the sophisticated image manipulations achieved.
