An atomiser is often also called a water sprayer.
An atomiser is a handheld spraying device very similar to those used to package cleaning fluids. Hairdressors uses them to moisten your hair, artists use them for all manor of uses, but commonly for acrylic painting techniques such as when extending the open time of acrylic paints, such as Atelier Interactive Artists Paint.
TIP: Don't interchange different fluids in the same atomiser, it is best to always keep one atomiser that is only ever filled with water.
Atomisers can be purchased from supermarkets in the gardening section, as well as art supply stores.
